How to use Artplayer AI
Learn how to choose a tool, upload files, adjust settings, and download and manage your results.
Tools and your account
Choose from video, image and GIF upscaling, frame interpolation, subtitle removal, face blur and vertical reframing. All tools share your account and credit balance. Each workspace explains its supported files, settings and quote.
1. Sign in and starter credits
Verified accounts receive 30 starter credits once, valid for 7 days across all tools and models, with up to 3 potentially billable submissions including failures, subject to balance and platform budget.
2. View, download and delete files
Use My files to check task status and download results before the displayed expiry. Deletion stops new access and schedules cleanup, though downloads already started may finish. This is not long-term backup storage. Review the quality of AI results before using them.
3. Credits, subscriptions and help
Your account shows balances, reservations, credit sources and expiration, and a link to manage subscriptions in Stripe. For help, email support@artplayer.org with a job or order identifier. Do not send passwords, card details or sensitive files.
Video upscaling guide
The modes, formats and retention periods below apply to video upscaling. Signup and paid credits can be used for Basic HD or Advanced enhancement. Advanced may reconstruct textures, text or facial details.
Video upload requirements
Video enhancement accepts MP4 / FLV / TS / AVI / MOV / WMV / MKV inputs up to 10 GB per file. Basic HD accepts up to 2K input and Advanced up to 1080p; neither mode currently has a fixed input duration cap. The app delivers H.264 MP4 output at 30 fps, and the output must be larger than the source.
Video modes and quotes
Choose Basic HD or Advanced, then 1080p or 4K, and review the dimensions and quote. Quotes last 10 minutes. Multiple tasks can run with separate credit reservations. Delivered results consume the reserved credits; confirmed failures release them. Wait for an uncertain submission to be checked before retrying.
Video retention
Source videos are accessible for 24 hours and results can be downloaded for 7 days. Save them promptly.
