Requesting a refund
Submit a refund request from your account or contact support with the relevant order. Requests are reviewed before a refund is issued.
Refund eligibility
You may request the original payment value attributable to unused, unreserved credits. Consumed portions require manual review. Contact support about quality concerns, incorrect charges, or remedies required by law. Manual and failed-job compensation credits have no separate purchase value and are not redeemable for cash.
Amounts and pending refunds
Refunds use the original purchase amount and credit proportion, with cumulative rounding in US cents and a cap at the original payment. Approval holds eligible credits so they cannot fund new jobs; submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Holds remain until the outcome is known. A confirmed refund failure returns credits under their original expiration, without an extension.
Cancellation is separate from a refund
Choose the free plan on the pricing page or in your account to stop renewal at the end of the current period. You can also use the Stripe portal from your account. Current credits keep their original expiry. Cancellation does not automatically refund payments. Bank processing times are outside our control.
Requests and consumer rights
Email support@artplayer.org with your account email, order identifier, reason, and requested refund scope. Do not send full card numbers, CVCs, or passwords. Artplayer AI is operated by an independent developer. This policy does not exclude withdrawal, refund, dispute, or other mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
